Is my information secure?

Your privacy and security is important to us. 

What if I cancel my order?

You have up to 24 hours to cancel your order, and you will receive a refund. 

When will you ship?

We typically ship stock jewelry items within 2-10 days. If there was a special request, we ask to please allow us up to 15 days to make the item. If you order Kia's Jewels apparel, please allow up to 15 days before item is shipped.

When will my product arrived?

After processing, please allow 3-5 days for shipping in the United States and 5-15 days for shipping Internationally. If you do not received your product within those days, please track your product with the tracking number that we provide for you or call your local post office. We are not responsible for any shipping delays. 

What if I use the incorrect shipping address?

If you notice the address is incorrect, please alert us as soon as possible. If the item has already been shipped, we are not responsible and there will be no refunds. 

What if Kia's Jewels received the return item due to the incorrect address?

If your package is returned due to customer's errors, we will contact you. You are responsible for paying a re-shipment fee, and we will send an invoice. Shipping fee must be paid before the item is shipped.  

What if I need to return my item?

We do not accept any returns UNLESS the item was damaged during the shipping process. You must contact us within 5 days after shipping to inform us on damaged item. We will not accept anything after 5 days. We will fix your product for FREE within our processing days (2-10 days), and we will resend the item. 

Do I have to pay for shipping if I return my item?

Yes! We are not responsible for paying for shipping.

I am an international customer. Do I have to pay taxes?

You are responsible for custom fees, duties, or taxes in your country. We are not responsible for any delays, air and ground transportation strikes, or any extra fees. Please contact your local carrier if you encountered a problem with shipping.
